i29 Interior Architects is founded by Jaspar Jansen and Jeroen Dellensen, in close collaboration they head the work of the office. Since the start the office produced a wide variety of award winning projects. Ranging from residential, commercial, retail, education and exhibition spaces. Many of these projects are (inter) nationally published and respected for its clarity and originality.
i29 believes in simplicity and contradiction. The result of being selective is that you have to push each choice to the limit. It also provides a field of tension, and energy to a space. But more importantly it leaves you with a charismatic environment.
i29 stands for a work ethic that leads to design solutions dependent neither on expensive materials nor on technical show. We look for choices that answer to multiple questions at the same time. They should tell a conceptual story about the company, the space and it’s users. The firm represents a method in which architecture and interior architecture come together in a model combination.
The specific ways in which the firm extracts so much from so little has proved itself to the projects which have been awarded until now. Founding partners Jaspar Jansen and Jeroen Dellensen and their team have received national and international awards for their work, which is published worldwide in magazines and books.

Nikos Karaflos is the Imagineer and owner of Dexamenes Seaside Hotel, a place of meaningful luxury that changes the way we experience hospitality. With a strong background in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, as well as in Lighting and Multimedia, he believes in devising powerful ideas with cultural and social impact. Early on, at the age of 18 he stood out with numerous distinctions such as a prize by the President of the Hellenic Republic and other awards and grants from Foundations for excelling in education. After finishing his studies, his passion about implementation of creative ideas in practical form led him to join the team of K-studio architects, where he held a managerial post until 2016. Right after, he brought one of his strongest visions to life: Dexamenes°° Taking advantage of his previous academic and professional background and his experiences from his travels around the world, he created a New-Generation -already awarded- hotel that focuses on hospitality as an experience through art, wine, nature and local culture. Getting back to his homeland (where Dexamenes is based), he has transformed an ex-winery into a platform of hospitality, cultural activity and conscious wellbeing.

Born in London, Anna attended Central St. Martins School and Glasgow School of Art. Trained in visual communication, she is a self-taught product designer.
Her work also encompasses projects in print, art direction, fashion shows, interiors and a
fine jewelry collection. This alchemic approach to design led her to launch her Furniture + Fine Objects Collection and she is now represented internationally by a network of design galleries and works with leading interior designers and architects to place her pieces in some of the most prestigious buildings.
She believes strongly that all forms of design should tell a story and that all the disciplines contribute wonderfully to each other and therefore no one area should remain untouched.
Her studio practice, Anna Karlin Furniture + Fine Objects, and Anna Karlin Fine Jewelry, are the result of this sensibility.
Anna currently lives and works in New York, USA.
