Natasha Carella

Natasha Carella is the Director of Dubai Design Week, one of the leading cultural festivals in the Middle East, managed by the Art Dubai Group. In her role, she oversees the strategic direction, curation and execution of a multidisciplinary programme that brings together international and regional designers, institutions and design-driven brands. Under her leadership, Dubai Design Week fosters innovation and cultural exchange, providing a platform for emerging and established talent to showcase new ideas and engage with industry and public audiences.

Prior to this, Natasha was Head of Philanthropy at Jagtiani Foundation managing a portfolio of community investments dedicated to delivering social impact across the SWANA region. She also developed sustainability and social investment initiatives within their corporate arm, Landmark Group.

Previously, Natasha was Events Director at Art Dubai for five years, working across the commercial and non-profit sectors of the fair. She has also worked as an independent consultant with various cultural organisations, community festivals and residency programmes.
