Danielle’s career path has been an interesting process of finding her ideal creative output. She has investigated various creative mediums over the years including fashion & film, however a common thread throughout her creative growth was a strong passion for architecture that has always led her back to the profession. Her multi-layered interests in the design world provide an extensive scope of inspiration allowing her to contribute to SAOTA’s design excellence. Danielle completed her Bachelor of Architecture degree at the University of Cape Town in 2008 at the top of her class, winning her an internship at the internationally renowned architectural practice Renzo Piano Building Workshop. The internship led to a full time job and she lived and worked in Genoa for 3 years. Following her return to South Africa and her start at SAOTA in 2013, she has had the opportunity to work on various projects of different scales across the globe. With her commitment to the relentless pursuit of refined and innovative architecture, she has since been promoted to Junior Associate.
