A few more days to participate in the seventh edition of the annual awards celebrating worldwide design excellence!
The deadline for the seventh edition of the Archiproducts Design Awards has been extended to September 26th. All brands that wish to submit their products have ten days left to register for the 2022 edition of the awards celebrating worldwide design excellence!
So many submissions arrived right before the closing date that it became necessary to extend the deadline so that all brands can compete for the title of ADA 2022 Winner, including the brands that will present their new products at trade fairs during the same period.
The international jury is revving its engines, getting ready to evaluate each submission. The heterogeneous and multidisciplinary panel includes forty of the most influential names in global creativity – including Ben Van Berkel, Michael Anastassiades, Giovanna Castiglioni and the Quincoces-Dragò duo. Portuguese architect Manuel Aires Mateus, founder of Aires Mateus & Associados, Chris and Oliver Laugsch, founders of Welcome Beyond, and Italian illustrator Emiliano Ponzi – along with experts in eco-design and sustainable design like Stefano Boeri Architetti and Stefano Boeri Interiors, Mario Cucinella, Carlo Ratti, PROWL Studio – are ready to select the brands for the first Longlist. The juries will subsequently declare the 2022 winners and designate the products deserving the “Sustainability” Special Mention.
Once again, this year, all Winner brands will receive the iconic trophy designed by the Spanish studio MUT Design and created by De Castelli. The sculptural object plays with metal oxidations and the optical illusion of the Möbius Strip. Salvatori will again produce the designer trophy designed by Michael Anastassiades, a marble monolith inspired by the Archiproducts Design Awards logo.
