The Archiproducts Design Awards 2026 reveal three new jurors, bringing together Murano glass, interior architecture and emotionally resonant residential design
6:AM Studio, Cecilia Avogadro and De la Villa Studio join the jury of the Archiproducts Design Awards 2026, the international prize that celebrates excellence in contemporary design, highlighting research, design quality, innovation and new ways of interpreting contemporary living.
For the 2026 edition, the jury welcomes three different yet complementary visions: a studio that reinterprets the art of Murano glass through a contemporary language; an Italian architect who explores space as a place of meaning, memory and spirituality; and a Madrid-based studio that approaches interior design as an authentic, warm and deeply human experience.
Their work is united by a sensitive attention to materials, light, tradition and the relationship between space and people.
6:AM Studio on the ADA 2026 Jury
Founded in 2018 by Edoardo Pandolfo and Francesco Palù, 6:AM Studio is a design practice based in Milan and rooted in the island of Murano. The studio was created with the aim of redefining the art of glassmaking by bringing together traditional techniques and a contemporary aesthetic.
The name evokes the early-morning dedication of the artisans who light the furnaces at the beginning of the day: an image that reflects both the studio’s deep connection with Murano’s glassmaking heritage and its ambition to project this tradition towards new design possibilities.
The creative duo behind 6:AM Studio brings a cross-disciplinary approach to design, combining artistic experimentation with a deep knowledge of glassmaking techniques. Its collections reinterpret glass as a versatile and contemporary material, capable of engaging in dialogue with architecture, lighting and interior design.
On the ADA 2026 jury, 6:AM Studio brings a vision grounded in craftsmanship, material research and innovation, reading a centuries-old tradition as fertile ground for new forms of design.
Cecilia Avogadro on the ADA 2026 Jury
Cecilia Avogadro is an architect with a PhD in interior architecture and museum design. From 2000 to 2005, she worked in the studio of Cini Boeri, whom she describes as both an architect and a master.
She edited the book Cini Boeri, architetto e designer and wrote her doctoral thesis on hospitality in extreme conditions, with a focus on bivouacs and high-altitude mountain refuges. She later opened her own studio, focusing mainly on residential architecture, single-family houses and interiors for private clients.
In her work, space is not limited to the resolution of practical and functional needs. It becomes a tool for constructing meaning within the trajectory of human life. A project must speak of poetry, become metaphysical, bear witness to tradition and open itself to a shared future.
Her design process always begins with listening and with the intuition of the intangible genius loci. The path is never linear: constraints become the banks of the project, while the client becomes its riverbed. Within these boundaries, the project flows through logic and harmony.
Establishing hierarchies, dividing space, re-establishing paths, seeking both natural and recreated light, shaping devices, furnishings and volumes: for Avogadro, architecture is a practice in which matter awakens the senses and sustains both the material world and the spiritual world of those who experience it.
Passionate about opera, a ski mountaineer, and a student and teacher of yoga, Cecilia Avogadro brings to the ADA 2026 jury a vision in which architecture, body, memory and the spiritual dimension of space coexist in a profound balance.
De la Villa Studio on the ADA 2026 Jury
Based in Madrid, De la Villa Studio is an architecture and interior design practice founded by three partners, Juan Esteve, Alberto Espejo and Miguel Otero, who decided to join forces after working independently. What began as a one-off collaboration gradually became a shared endeavour, shaped by a common approach to design based on intuition, sensitivity and attention to detail.
The studio’s work starts from a clear idea: to create spaces that feel genuine, warm and full of character. Its research draws inspiration from the honest beauty of natural materials and from the way they age, change and adapt over time.
Each project becomes an opportunity to explore how aesthetics and function can coexist without excess, allowing the place itself to tell its own story. The studio works primarily on residential projects, with a particular interest in the renovation of dwellings in central Madrid.
Alongside residential interiors, De la Villa Studio also develops hospitality and leisure spaces, where there is greater freedom to experiment with atmospheres, textures and spatial sequences. In every project, the studio seeks solutions that respond effectively to the client’s needs while forging an emotional connection with those who inhabit or visit the space.
De la Villa Studio operates with a close-knit and consolidated professional team, where every decision is made thoughtfully and collectively. Rather than working from fixed formulas or prescribed styles, the studio starts from careful listening, with the intention that each project should find its own rhythm and voice.
On the ADA 2026 jury, De la Villa Studio brings a design sensitivity capable of reading spaces as places that move without imposing, accompany without noise, and naturally improve the way people live, move and feel within them.
Archiproducts Design Awards 2026: Call for Entries Open
Submissions for the Archiproducts Design Awards 2026 are officially open.
Brands may submit from one to five products across categories ranging from Furniture and Lighting to Contractand Building & Construction.
To compete for the ADA 2026 Winner Sustainability Award, applicants must indicate their intention during the submission process and provide the required supporting documentation.
