Stefano Belingardi Clusoni (Milan, 1987) graduated with honors from the Accademia di Architettura di Mendrisio under the direction of Mario Botta. He was awarded the SIA Architecture & Culture Prize for his Master’s thesis and was selected by Casabella to present his work at Cersaie.
He has worked in Spain, Germany, and China, and collaborated with studios including Daniel Libeskind and EMBT Miralles Tagliabue. In 2016, he founded Stefano Belingardi Architects in Milan.
The practice works across architecture, urban design, interiors, and product design, engaging with different scales and contexts. Its projects are developed through a research-based approach, with attention to structure, spatial organization, and context. Each project is conceived in relation to its specific conditions rather than predefined formal languages.
The studio’s work has been presented at the ADI Design Museum and the Triennale di Milano.
The practice has developed a range of projects including mixed-use buildings, residential developments, headquarters, urban regeneration plans, and hospitality spaces in Italy and abroad. In parallel, the studio is also active in product design, collaborating with leading design brands.
