The first group of eco-design experts has been revealed – featuring both new and returning jurors – tasked with selecting the most sustainable products in the 10th edition of the Archiproducts Design Awards
The jury for the Archiproducts Design Awards 2025 Sustainability Award includes Zehao Liu, founder of Solaris Community; Baillie Mishler, head of PROWL Studio; and Carlo Ratti, founder of CRA | Carlo Ratti Associati and curator of the 2025 Biennale Architettura.
These renowned international figures, along with other sector experts, will evaluate the environmental strategies emerging in contemporary design for the tenth edition of the Awards.
The Awards highlight innovative approaches to sustainable design and environmental responsibility.
Only products nominated for ADA 2025 that embody a thoughtful integration of ecological practices, recycling strategies, and green transition principles will be considered.
As environmental impact takes on increasing relevance, the jury will recognize brands that use recyclable and sustainable materials with a demonstrated commitment to reducing emissions throughout the product’s entire life cycle. This is a significant moment to acknowledge those in design who are actively advancing responsible innovation.
Zehao Liu joins the ADA 2025 Sustainability Jury

Zehao Liu
Zehao Liu makes his debut on the Archiproducts Design Awards jury. He is the founder of Solaris Community and Chief Designer at Lynk & Co, where he merges his passion for sustainable design with deep expertise in product development.
Based in Gothenburg, Sweden, Liu launched Solaris Community in January 2020 – an initiative that champions circularity by reducing waste, reusing materials, and fostering sustainable innovation across sectors.
Solaris Community expresses Liu’s commitment to rethinking how products are conceived and produced, with an emphasis on environmental responsibility and long-term impact.

Baillie Mishler returns to the ADA 2025 Sustainability Jury

Baillie Mishler
American industrial designer and entrepreneur Baillie Mishler, founder of PROWL Studio, returns to the Sustainability Award jury for the fourth consecutive year.
PROWL is an industrial design studio helping brands create a regenerative future. It takes a research-based, materials-centered, and collaborative approach, working with experts from development to disposal to push beyond traditional design scopes. As a result, its work spans products, storytelling, and research across industries.
As founding designer, Mishler brings experience from companies like Steelcase and Pottery Barn, where she honed a strategic approach to product development and color-material-finish rooted in sustainability and environmental awareness.
