The four members confirm their presence for the nineth edition of the Archiproducts Design Awards
The longlist for the Archiproducts Design Awards 2024 has been announced, but the jury is still working to decide the winners of this ninth edition of the prestigious prize that celebrates excellence in design worldwide.
The international jury, made up of some of the most influential names in the world of architecture and design, once again includes the Israeli architect Pitsou Kedem, Satoshi Kurosaki, founder of the Japanese studio Apollo, and, for the Sustainability Award, the American designers Baillie Mishler and Lauryn Menard, founders of the PROWL studio.

Pitsou Kedem on the ADA 2024 jury

Pitsou Kedem, who founded Pitsou Kedem Architects in Tel Aviv in 2000, serves on the ADA 2024 jury for the eighth year. He leads a practice of 12 architects whose projects range from restaurant interiors and showrooms to private homes and large-scale residential and office buildings.
The hallmark of Kedem’s architectural work is the juxtaposition of simple, unadorned volumes with intricate, multifaceted interiors, all underpinned by a central emphasis on light and movement. This approach results in projects that embody a harmonious interplay of simplicity and complexity.
Rooted in modernism, the studio’s architectural language is characterised by a commitment to the period and its values, actively contributing to the modernist ethos while striving to ‘bring order to urban chaos’ through a distinctive design language.
Satoshi Kurosaki on the ADA 2024 jury

Satoshi Kurosaki, on the jury of the Archiproducts Design Awards for the eighth consecutive year, founded APOLLO following a career in product development for a housing developer and as chief engineer at an architecture firm.
APOLLO’s work spans architectural design of villas, vacation homes, and resorts as well as corporate product development and brand design.
The firm has received international acclaim, including the Wallpaper Design Award for Best New Private House, and Kurosaki has served as a judge for the Archiproducts Design Awards for seven consecutive years.
PROWL studio on the ADA 2024 jury

Baillie Mishler and Lauryn Menard, designers, entrepreneurs and visionaries, founded PROWL Studio, for the third consecutive year on the jury of the Sustainability Award.
PROWL is an industrial design and research studio creating new solutions for people and the planet by employing materials, processes, and technology more responsibly.
PROWL reorients industrial design to achieve a regenerative future. Their approach to regenerative design is holistic, derived from a system-wide perspective that uncovers new solutions through knowledge-sharing across industries and distinct expertise.
Instead of asking how to do “less bad,” PROWL asks how to do “the most good”.
To that end, PROWL begins with the end –– to fully understand what the next life of each product, material, or space designed could become. Because PROWL expects an afterlife that gives equal weight to design and its regeneration.
The winners of the Archiproducts Design Awards 2024 will be celebrated in November at the prestigious annual party that brings together the ADA 2024 jury, designers, winning brands, press and influencers in Milan.
