ADA 2025: The Faces of the Jury for the 10th Edition of the Awards

As we await next week’s announcement of the winners, here are all the judges of the Archiproducts Design Awards 2025

 

Yesterday saw the conclusion of the tenth edition of the Archiproducts Design Awards, with the much-anticipated ADA Night 2025 taking place. During this event, the winners of the 2025 Awards were revealed.

But who were the judges of this prestigious competition? Let’s take a closer look at the team of professionals from over twenty countries who evaluated hundreds of entries from every corner of the globe.

They are a team of professionals from over twenty countries, representing the different languages and approaches of contemporary design.

Once again, a panel of eco- and sustainable design experts analysed projects that stood out for their innovation, conscious use of materials, and commitment to ecological transition, awarding the Sustainability Prize.

Alongside numerous new faces, some familiar ones also appear among the two juries — Design and Sustainable Design — reflecting the continuity and evolution of the awards.

Below is a list of all the jury members for the new edition of the Archiproducts Design Awards 2025.

The 2025 “Design” Jury

Making their debut on the ADA Jury this year are Claudia Afshar, Los Angeles–based interior designer; Keiji Ashizawa, Japanese architect; Melissa Bright, founder of Studio Bright in Australia; Natasha Carella, Director of Dubai Design Week; Dutch design studio i29Llisa Demetrios, Chief Curator of the Eames Institute and granddaughter of the legendary Ray and Charles Eames; Alberto Nespoli and Domenico Rocca, founders of Eligo Studio; and Mike Holland, Senior Partner and Head of Industrial Design at Foster + Partners.

Other new members joining the jury include Jakob Lange, Partner at BIG – Bjarke Ingels GroupLucia Mantero, owner and Creative Director of Mantero Seta; Belgian architect Glenn Sestig; industrial designer Christophe de la Fontaine, co-founder of Dante – Goods and Bads; Italian design icon Giulio Cappellini, Art Director and designer; Flavien Servaes, Head of Product Design at Vincent Van Duysen Architects; Nigerian designer Titi Ogufere, founder of Design Week Lagos and CEO of Essential InteriorsNils Becker, co-founder of Designheroes; Brazilian designer Juliana Lima Vasconcellos; and multidisciplinary designer Tiziano Guardini.

The 2025 “Sustainable Design” Jury

Joining the Sustainable Design Jury for the first time is Zehao Liu, founder of Solaris Community, bringing a fresh perspective on environmental design and circular innovation.
Returning to the panel are leading figures in sustainable architecture and design: Andrea Trimarchi and Simone Farresin, founders of FormafantasmaMario Cucinella, founder of MCA – Mario Cucinella Architects and the SOS – School of SustainabilityBaillie Mishler, Head of PROWL StudioCarlo Ratti, founder of CRA | Carlo Ratti Associati and Curator of the 2025 Venice Architecture Biennale; and German designer Ursula Tischner, founder of Econcept.
