For the tenth edition of the award, new prestigious international names join the panel of judges.
The tenth edition of the Archiproducts Design Awards welcomes new jury members: Mike Holland, Senior Partner and Head of Industrial Design at Foster + Partners; Alberto Nespoli and Domenico Rocca, founders of Eligo Studio; and Lucia Mantero, Creative Director at Mantero Seta.

Entries for the 2025 awards, which recognise excellence in international design, officially closed last Friday. Now, a prestigious, international, multidisciplinary jurycomposed of 40 influential figures in the world of creativity will evaluate the candidates.
Mike Holland on the ADA 2025 Jury

Mike Holland joined Foster + Partners in 1994 and is currently a Senior Partner. As Head of Industrial Design, he leads a team of designers to create unique idea-led products at every scale– from lighting and furniture to turbines– for clients across the globe. His portfolio includes commercial and domestic products with partners such as Kvadrat, FSB, Mattiazzi, UniFor, B&B Italia, and Vitra.
The team works closely with the architectural studios, designing bespoke solutions for a diverse range of projects. These projects include the interiors for the Maggie’s Centre in Manchester, Apple Park in the US and Bloomberg Headquarters in London.

Eligo Studio on the ADA 2025 Jury

Eligo Studio, founded by Alberto Nespoli and Domenico Rocca, is a creative agency, composed by interior designers and decorators, who have the skills to develop custom made projects representing the key concepts of Italian living and bring them into interior spaces, such as retail, hotels, restaurants, exclusive private homes and scenographies.
Eligo Studio projects combine the experience of Italian timeless techniques to the design of new contemporary spaces and provides an “Italian interior design couture approach” developing each details and component in all the projects.

Eligo Studio won in the 2015 the exclusive 1st Prize of “Milan Design Award” with the scenography “Il sentiero dei nidi di ragno” for Antonio Marras. “L’empreinte de l’annee 2015 da Les Talents du luxe et de la creation” in Paris; ADI Design Index Eccellenza Lombarda 2019; Best Design Brand ALTAGAMMA 2019; AD Special Interior Design Issue TOP 100 “Best interior designers in 2019”; In 2020 he won the BIG SEE INTERIOR DESIGN AWARD 2020in the “Hospitality, Architecture and design as experience category”.
Lucia Mantero on the ADA 2025 Jury

Lucia Mantero is part of the fourth generation leading the textile company Mantero founded in 1902. Born in Como in 1977 and now based in Milan, she graduated in Foreign Languages and Literature and completed a Master in Fashion & Design Management at SDA Bocconi.
She joined the family business, Mantero Seta, in 2007 and is currently head of product development and creative director of the Mantero 1902 brand. Her approach is marked by a continuous pursuit of excellence, a strong focus on quality, and a drive for innovation.
A lover of art and nature, she travels to remote places in search of hidden beauty and experiences that invite a slower pace and a deeper connection with time.
The winners of the 2025 Archiproducts Design Awardswill be celebrated at the prestigious annual party in Milan in November. This event will bring together the ADA 2025 jury, designers, winning brands, the press, and influencers.
