Announcing the first names of the Architects, Designers, Photographers, Editors and Creative Directors who will judge the products participating in the 2021 ADAs
The Archiproducts Design Awards 2021 are officially open! With the official kick-off, we are happy to reveal the names of the first jurors invited to select the best products in the Award’s sixth edition.
Once again, the ADAs will count on a multi-faceted and multi-disciplinary panel including some of the world’s most interesting architecture studios, designers, creative directors, editors, photographers and creative hubs.
Participating for the first time in the jury are Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu, founders of the Shanghai-based inter-disciplinary architectural design practice Neri&Hu; Bobby Berk, the American interior designer known for the popular Netflix series Queer Eye; London-based designer Chrissa Amuah, founder of AMWA Designs; Giorgio Donà, Founding Partner & Director at Stefano Boeri Interiors; Chinese interior designer Li Xiang; Canadian architects Kim Bridgland and Aaron Roberts, founders of the Melbourne-based Edition Office. The roster of new jurors also includes the New York based designer Anna Karlin; Hannes Peer, Austrian-born architect, designer and all-round artist; Angela Rui, curator, design critic and lecturer at the Design Academy Eindhoven; Harry Nuriev, artist, designer and architect, founder of Crosby Studios based in New York and Moscow; Mexican architect Héctor Esrawe, head of the studio by the same name. Influencer, creative director and design addict Paolo Stella joins the ADA jury for the first time.
Participating once again in the jury for the new edition: Patrik Schumacher, principal of Zaha Hadid Architects, Olson Kundig studio; Yama Karim, Studio Libeskind partner; Danish Norm Architects; Andrea Trimarchi and Simone Farresin of Formafantasma; Francine Houben, Mecanoo founding partner; Israeli Pitsou Kedem; Edoardo Tresoldi, the artist who ‘dematerialises’ sculpture; Capri-born designer Michael Anastassiades; Athens-based architects k-studio. Plus: Piero Lissoni; STORAGEMILANO; studio MILO; Quincoces-Dragò; Ben Van Berkel.
And more: Rossana Orlandi, gallery owner, Milan; Giovanna Castiglioni, Vice President of the Castiglioni Foundation; Domitilla Dardi Design Historian and EDIT Napoli Curator; Azamit, expert in Visual Storytelling and founder of the Canadian brand In Toto; independent curator Alice Stori Liechtenstein.
They will evaluate the candidates according to their visions of design, rewarding innovative and sustainable solutions, the ability to define or anticipate new use scenarios, and the relationship between production and design – a topic that has always been at the heart of the Archipoducts Design Awards.

Registration for the 2021 edition of the Archiproducts Design Awards is now open!
Brands have until September 10 to apply and take advantage of the opportunity to be among the winners.
The Longlist of submissions that will enter the Award’s final phase will be announced in October.
Final winners will be announced in the first week of November.
